Buongiorno, vi contatto nuovamente in merito all’ordine di produzione #11920, relativo al seguente articolo: ARTICOLO: C2506 BODY-LYCRA: VENERE INSERTO-LYCRA: NERO TAGLIA RICEVUTA: 0º QUANTITÀ: 1 Abbiamo ricevuto correttamente il pacco, ma dopo aver provato il body abbiamo constatato che la taglia 0º è troppo piccola. Abbiamo quindi necessità di effettuare un cambio con la taglia 1º. Vi avevo già contattato tramite e-mail all’indirizzo info@studiodanza.com il 16 agosto 2026 alle 20:51, chiedendovi come procedere per il cambio di taglia, ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Inoltre, sto cercando di contattarvi telefonicamente dalla Spagna utilizzando il numero di telefono pubblicato sul vostro sito web, ma risulta impossibile effettuare la chiamata perché viene indicato che il numero non esiste. Vi chiedo pertanto, per favore, di rispondere a questa e-mail e indicarmi al più presto la procedura da seguire per effettuare il cambio dalla taglia 0º alla taglia 1º. Resto in attesa di un vostro cortese e rapido riscontro.

Schöne Farben und gute Qualität. Auf dem Bild im Shop war der Rock mit zwei Lagen blauen Tüll und dann mit zwei Lagen Kontrast Tüll. Erhalten habe ich den Rock abwechselnd blau und Kontrast. Deshalb nur vier Sterne.
