Transport and Delivery
Shipping costs also include packaging fees. While packaging fees are fixed, transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and each will be subject to individual shipping charges.
As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and links to monitor the delivery progress.
Information on terms and conditions of delivery
- All deliveries are subject to product availability and production times for made-to-order products. The estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page. If there are errors in availability and we cannot ship the product within the established time frame, you will receive an email with the new expected shipping date.
- Some products may be shipped separately.
- The services offered by various couriers may not meet the expected delivery times. Please be aware that some delivery times may vary from the estimates, and orders may take longer to arrive. Studiodanza, after handing over the package to the courier, can only monitor the shipment and cannot intervene in case of any delays by the courier in delivery (e.g., holidays, Christmas periods, force majeure, etc.).
- We inform you that it is not possible to add further instructions for the shipment regarding the delivery time. If you are not available during standard delivery hours (from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM), we recommend providing a shipping address where someone is always present to receive the package.
- We recommend waiting until 7:00 PM for the delivery. Orders will not be sent on holidays. In case of product unavailability or production delays, the delivery might be postponed. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the new delivery date.
