General terms and conditions of sale for purchases made on the Studiodanza.com website.
STUDIODANZA s.r.l. with registered office at via G.M.Bosco, 65 - 81100 Caserta (CE) and administrative office at Via Roma No.33 - 81022 Casagiove (CE) - Italy - Tax Code & VAT Number: 04124740616. Offers everyone the possibility to purchase its products online. The Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions and payment terms described here.
1. Order
Purchasing our products is simple and fast. Each item is described in detail on a sheet that includes images, description, color charts, materials, sizes, and delivery times.
Purchases must be made through our online store following the normal ordering procedure available.

To place an order, you need to be registered on the site and proceed with one of the following methods:
1.1 If the customer is already registered and verified on the Studiodanza website, with a Privileged Account (School Account or Reseller Account), simply enter your credentials (Username and Password) in the authentication section by clicking on “LOGIN”.
1.2 If the customer is not yet registered and verified to access exclusive discounts, they can register on the site and start shopping immediately as a guest.
It is possible to create a guest account in the CREATE AN ACCOUNT section.
Studiodanza reminds the customer that before proceeding with purchases, they can request to become a verified user at any time and obtain a Privileged Account, with access to exclusive discounts for Dance Schools and Shops.
(To request a School Account or a Reseller Account and access exclusive discounts, simply register on the Studiodanza website and enter your dance school or company credentials. The privileged account will be activated by one of our operators within 24 hours, after verifying the accuracy of the provided information.
1.3 The Customer correctly completes the Order Procedure if no error message is displayed on the site (the system cannot detect errors in the data entered by the customer in the billing and shipping fields).
1.4 The purchase is considered concluded between Studiodanza and the customer at the moment of receipt of the order by Studiodanza.
1.5 Studiodanza will confirm the receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email to the email address used by the customer for registration. The order confirmation will summarize the products with their respective colors, sizes, and chosen materials, the related prices, taxes, any delivery charges, the delivery and billing addresses, and the order number.
1.6 It is important that the customer carefully checks the accuracy of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and, if necessary, communicates any corrections within 24 hours of receipt.
1.7 The order number generated by the system must be used by the customer for all communications with Studiodanza regarding the order.
1.8 Occasionally, there may be a lack of availability of the offered Products. In such cases, if the products chosen by the customer are not available, in whole or in part, Studiodanza will inform the Customer.
*VERIFIED: A verified user gains access to prices, services, and discounts reserved for dance schools and retailers.
2. Payment methods
The Customer can make the payment by choosing one of the following methods:
2.1 Credit Card or Prepaid Card
In the event that the customer intends to make a payment via credit card or prepaid card (Postepay, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Aura, Discovery, Amex), they can use the credit card payment portal managed by Shopify Payments, which ensures the confidentiality of the data provided by the customer.
In cases of purchasing goods using a credit card or prepaid card, at the same time as the online transaction is completed, the Shopify Payments network will immediately charge the amount related to the purchase made.
In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance by Studiodanza, the amount related to the canceled order will be recredited to the customer's account. The waiting times for the recredit depend solely and exclusively on the banking system. Once the recredit has been made, Studiodanza cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the banking system.
At no time during the purchase procedure using credit cards or prepaid cards can Studiodanza come into contact with the customer's card information. Therefore, Studiodanza cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties.
2.2 Paypal
In case the payment is made through a Paypal account, it is possible to use the payment button 'Pay with Paypal account'.
In cases of purchasing goods with PayPal payment method, at the same time as the online transaction is completed, PayPal will immediately charge the amount related to the purchase made.
In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance by Studiodanza, the amount related to the canceled order will be recredited to the customer's PayPal account in real-time.
2.3 Bank Transfer
In case of payment via Advance Bank Transfer, the order will be held until receipt of proof of transfer, to be sent to info@studiodanza.com within 3 working days from the date of order acceptance. The order will only be shipped upon actual crediting of the due amount to the current account of Studiodanza, which must occur within 10 working days from the date of order acceptance. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. Transport and Delivery
3.1 For each order placed, Studiodanza issues an invoice for the shipped material, which will be sent in advance via email to the order holder and accompanied by the shipped goods, attached to the outside of the package.3.2 It is possible to specify, at the time of order, a shipping address different from the billing address. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be considered valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
3.3 The delivery costs are borne by the Customer.
3.4& nbsp;Studiodanza cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing or delivery of the ordered items.
3.5 At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check:
- Ensure that the number of packages being delivered matches what is indicated in the delivery document.
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered.
3.6 In case of failure to collect the material held in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days, due to repeated inability to deliver, the order will be returned to the Studiodanza warehouses. The shipping costs for a new delivery will be borne by the customer.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, and does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number reference in the order form to Studiodanza), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in points 4.3 and 4.4.4.2 To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Studiodanza within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, via email to info@studiodanza.com. Once the withdrawal communication is received, the Studiodanza Customer Service will promptly inform the customer of the return instructions, assigning a unique RMA code (return authorization code). The goods must be received by Studiodanza within 10 days from the authorization.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), kept and sealed.
4.3 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to order with fabrics and colors chosen by the customer.
- The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any accessories);
- It is not possible to apply the right of withdrawal for products that are used, dirty, or tampered with.
- As per legal regulations, the shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by the customer; delivery costs to the customer and any other additional expenses highlighted at the time of order placement will not be refunded;
- The shipment, until the certificate of receipt at our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- In case of damage to the product during transport, Studiodanza s.r.l. will inform the customer of the incident within 5 working days from the receipt of the product in their warehouses, to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, canceling the withdrawal request;
Studiodanza is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of products returned with uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage not caused by transport. If the product, packaging, and/or original packing are found to be damaged or opened, Studiodanza s.r.l. will withhold a percentage or the entire amount from the refund due.
4.5 The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the item (packaging and/or content), in cases where Studiodanza ascertains:
the use of the product or breaking of the original packaging;
damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the event of the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the premises of Studiodanza available for collection by the Customer at their own expense.

Any complaints should be addressed to Studiodanza, in writing via email to info@studiodanza.com.
